CUSTOMER ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

Eagle Publishing Inc, a premier financial and political publishing
company, is seeking recent college grads or Customer Service
Professionals for full time position as Customer Account Coordinator. Must be organized, have great attention to detail, and be a positive team player. Ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be computer savvy, and outstanding problem solving skills. Bachelor degree is a must.

E-BUSINESS MANAGER

Description:

Eagle Publishing, Inc. is looking for an E-Business Manager to help manage our online marketing operations, including design work and email broadcasting management. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role for this family friendly, philosophically conservative company that has been a political institution for over 65 years.

This hands-on person will help add new ideas to improve our exciting online strategies and will also work to find ways to better coordinate the staffs’ workload. This is a dynamic position that is tailor-made for an organized e-business professional that really enjoys putting their creativity to work.

Your experience should include:

  • Landing page design and development
  • Display ad campaigns (GIF, JPG, Flash)
  • Website design and improvements
  • Internet savvy and online marketing or web design experience
  • Proficiency in HTML (hand-coded preferred) and some experience building and maintaining websites
  • Intermediate expertise with the Adobe Creative Suite (esp. Photoshop)
  • Ability to deliver quality creative under deadline and with minimal supervision
  • Experience with online marketing
  • Experience working with PHP

Experience managing and maintaining a high-volume email broadcast platform is also a plus.

PRODUCTION COORDINATOR 

Description:

  • Procure and negotiate all Eagle Book Club titles from Publishers, coordinate shipments, submit Contracts and Purchase Orders.
  • Compile all Publishers invoices, shipping and receiving documentation to be signed off and returned to Accounting
  • Inform EBC of all situations pertaining to books, costs and markups on products ordered
  • Establish Relationships with Publishers and vendors
  • Setup Products in Promops, monitor Royalty information and submit Royalty Advances to Accounting
  • Run Informational Report, Produce and Mail Informationals for EBC three times a week
  • Coordinate all Production efforts for Human Events Renewals with Human Events Marketers and outside vendor
  • Coordinate all production issues for Evans & Novak Bi-weekly Newsletter
  • Review inventory and place orders for all administrative printed products and various copy papers
  • Assist Graphics Dept. in acquiring photo rights for jackets
  • Handles all administrative needs for the Production Dept. and point of contact for all vendors when Director and/or Manager are out of office.
  • Assist Director of Production and Production Manager on special projects
  • Attention to detail, ability to prioritize, sense of urgency, flexibility are all keys to the successful performance of these duties
